Tax Preparer(s)**

Duties include but not limited to:

Greet Clients

Collect information on new clients

Prepare new folders for tax returns

Collect information to prepare and complete tax return.

Fill out proper client information for return

Prepare Client return accurately and proficiently

Offer information on bank products or other services as necessary

Return client phone calls in a timely manner, document accordingly

Transmit returns as scheduled

Uphold all privacy policies of this firm and the IRS

Assist in organizing information on other returns

Cash Handling

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years experience in tax preparation. High School diploma/GED. Must have excellent customer relations, an aptitude for numbers, attention to detail, the ability to file accurately and be familiar with MS Excel and Word. Must be able to work some evenings and some Saturdays.
